1. How can I place an order?

2. What are the delivery options?
We deliver to any point in Bulgaria through courier companies Speedy and Econt.
Standard delivery: 1-3 business days
The shipping cost is calculated automatically when finalizing the order.
For orders over 200.00 Bulgarian leva, delivery is free !
3. Can I try the product upon delivery?
Yes! We offer a preview and test option upon delivery via Speedy and Econt. You can try the item before paying.
4. What payment methods do you offer?
- Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt)
- Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Payment via Paysera

5. Can I exchange or return a product?
Of course! You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, with labels and without traces of use.

6. When will I receive my money upon return?
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will refund the amount within 5 business days , using the same method of payment.
